Based on the sensory memories felt during a ski expedition in the Mont-Blanc mountain range in France, this sound article invites us to dive into the experience of this singular day. The purity of the snowy heights to the scrawny glacier underneath via the crevasses showing the frozen entrails of the mountain; invoked in me the idea of passing through a suffering body. In this period where global warming impose itself at altitude, the embodied analogies that emerge offer another view of the supposed duality between humans and nature. Rather it felt like they were inextricable parts of each other, questioning our relationship to our surroundings.

I recorded these sounds during various mountain expeditions and share them as a recomposed reality of how I felt that day. This sound article was originally edited and printed in the 3th issue of Run Wild Magazine questioning our reaction to climate change.
